Shipping to the United States
Here you'll find everything you need to know about sending us your breast milk and receiving your finished jewelry. The process is simple and designed to guide you through every step.
How it works

Choose your design
From the comfort of your computer, tablet or phone, you choose the design that reflects your personal style and symbolizes the unique bond you share with your child. Every piece of breast milk jewelry is one of a kind, handcrafted especially for you and your little one.

Receive your shipping kit
We send you a small, leak-proof vial together with a prepaid, equally leak-proof return envelope, complete with a label and clear instructions. Your name and order number are printed on the vial. Simply fill it to the marked line and place it in the enclosed return envelope.

Send us your milk
On the flap of the envelope, an adhesive strip is covered by a small piece of protective film. Just peel off the film and seal the envelope. Other than dropping it in the nearest mailbox, there's nothing more you need to do.

Confirmation of receipt
As soon as your shipping kit arrives at our studio, we confirm that we've received it. From then on you can relax and follow along as your jewelry takes shape.
Shipping & returns
Shipping
Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM (Central European Time) ship the next business day from our studio in the Netherlands*. The breast milk shipping kit is sent by regular mail, so you don't need to wait at home for it.

Shipping kit — United States
Every US order includes a free breast milk shipping kit and a return label with tracking (track & trace). Your personalized jewelry ships from our studio in the Netherlands to your US address as a tracked shipment that requires a signature on delivery.
The exact shipping fee is shown at checkout. Any US import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Production time
The standard production time for our breast milk jewelry is six to eight weeks from the date we receive your milk (up to 12 weeks for rings and more complex pieces).
Returns
Because every piece is personal and made to order, we do not accept returns. If you receive a defective or damaged item, however, we'll resolve it quickly by replacing the piece once you've mailed the defective item back to us.
Cancellations
We can only accept a cancellation if we have not yet received your breast milk; in that case, a fee is charged for the shipping kit that has already been sent.
If we have received your milk and started the process but not yet completed it, a cancellation fee applies to cover our time, materials and any deposits already paid for your personalized jewelry.
Once the breast milk process is complete and your jewelry is awaiting production or already in production, the order can no longer be canceled.
