Returns & warranty – Mama Jewels
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window for non-personalized products. This means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. We also need proof of purchase, such as your order number or invoice.

Returns that were not registered with us in advance cannot be accepted.
Personalized items (breast milk jewelry)
Our breast milk jewelry is handmade especially for you, with your own breast milk. Because every piece is custom-made, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If a personalized piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and include:
- Your order number and full name
- A photo or video of the damaged item
- A short description of the problem
We review every request individually and will repair or replace your piece if the defect is the result of a manufacturing error.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@mamajewels.nl so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized items (such as breast milk jewelry)
- Products that show signs of wear
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item (if it is eligible for return) and place a new order for the product you would like.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
