Finally received my jewelry today and it was worth the wait! So incredibly happy with this beautiful memory of a wonderful time.

Unfortunately a bit less satisfied than hoped. The milk looks beautiful in the piece, but the pendant is very small and the chain is very delicate and therefore a bit fragile. The order was also delayed by more than 2 weeks without notice, I had to chase that myself. The content of the email was very friendly though, and the packaging for sending in your milk and the packaging I got it back in are very well arranged. So pluses and minuses.

I'm happy with the product but unfortunately I feel cheated by the service. I ordered the jewelry which said 'free breast milk shipping kit'. After payment I received a message that I had to pay no less than $15 in extra shipping costs. This was because there was an error on the website and it wasn't free. That seemed like the store's mistake to me, but they made it my problem. After a stiff email exchange about this, I felt obliged to pay the extra $15 since I had already paid over $400. They said this was an error on the website and it would be fixed right away. More than 3 months later, however, nothing has been changed and you can still order the same necklace with 'free' shipping, after which they try to charge an extra $15. I find this truly outrageous. It may be that there's an error and the margins really don't work out. But then you'd fix it right away. So I would not recommend this company. If everything goes well, you have a beautiful product, but if you need extra service, you'll be let down!

Very happy with the Lotte pendant, I asked for the milk to have a bit of a pearl effect and that worked out. Very beautiful! The engraving on the back is very neat too. Only point for improvement: I missed a bit of engagement during the waiting process. It's a special piece of jewelry after all, you send in your breast milk and then you just have to trust that it'll turn out fine. Then 10-12 weeks of waiting is a very long time if you don't hear anything.
