Description

Heart to Heart is two hearts in one pendant: a large open heart of gold and a small heart resting against its bottom right curve. Only that small heart is filled with your breast milk. The big heart stands for you, the little one for your baby. Because the large heart is open, your skin shows through and the pendant stays light. It comes in yellow, rose or white gold. Every Heart to Heart is handcrafted in our atelier, with the little heart filled with your milk.

After you place your order, we send you our breast milk shipping kit: a shipping label, a leak-proof bag, clear instructions and a safe, prepaid return package, so there are no extra shipping costs for you.
