Description

Lotte is a drop with a ring of small clear stones all around it, and inside sits a smooth drop of your breast milk. Those little stones can be cubic zirconia or lab-grown diamond. The gold bail rises straight up from the point, so the pendant hangs neatly facing forward, and the gold is polished to a high shine. Pick yellow, rose or white gold for a pendant that works day and night. Every Lotte is handcrafted in our atelier, each small stone set one by one around your drop.

After you place your order, we send you our breast milk shipping kit: a shipping label, a leak-proof bag, clear instructions and a safe, prepaid return package, so there are no extra shipping costs for you. Gorgeous product, but BEWARE of misleading practices regarding costs!

I'm happy with the product but unfortunately I feel cheated by the service. I ordered the jewelry which said 'free breast milk shipping kit'. After payment I received a message that I had to pay no less than $15 in extra shipping costs. This was because there was an error on the website and it wasn't free. That seemed like the store's mistake to me, but they made it my problem. After a stiff email exchange about this, I felt obliged to pay the extra $15 since I had already paid over $400. They said this was an error on the website and it would be fixed right away. More than 3 months later, however, nothing has been changed and you can still order the same necklace with 'free' shipping, after which they try to charge an extra $15. I find this truly outrageous. It may be that there's an error and the margins really don't work out. But then you'd fix it right away. So I would not recommend this company. If everything goes well, you have a beautiful product, but if you need extra service, you'll be let down!
