Unlike plated jewelry, where the gold layer wears thin and discolours, solid gold keeps its colour and shine. It is hypoallergenic and gentle on sensitive skin, and it can be polished back to new years from now.
Your karat
You choose 9K, 14K or 18K. A higher karat means more pure gold and a warmer, deeper colour. Whichever you choose, it is solid gold throughout.
